Why we click
We click because we respect each other. There's no ego, just trust.
We share the same values, but bring completely different strengths. What he knows, I don't. What I know, he doesn't.
We're in this as a real partnership, a joint adventure. Nothing else.
ScoreJam Story
From 34 elements to Compass to ScoreJam
Step 1: The 34 Elements Years
34 Elements is Pierre's battle-tested founder playbook, intensive bootcamp, and a book, Startup Unlocked.
The Compass is a 4-week sprint that diagnoses your business across 10 strategic levers and sharpens decision-making.
Result: 300+ startups coached with proven methodology.
The frustration: Learnings fade without daily reinforcement. Founders need ongoing reminders to keep the method alive.
Step 2: The "Compass" Prototype
Turning training into software
Pierre opened Vibe Coding at 2 a.m., to prototype the Compass as a SaaS app.
Every Monday the app auto-pushed an agenda: "Here's what's healthy, here's what's bleedingβfix this first, here's how"
Step 3: Greg Enters
After four months prototyping, Pierre hit the production wall and called Greg to build the real platform.
Greg's eight years deep in AI, multiple startups shipped, looked at Pierre's Vibe-coded POC and said:
"Great brain, wrong bones."
Over a sushi-fueled brainstorm, Pierre and Greg mapped out the overhaul and sketched the blueprint for what would become ScoreJam.
Step 4: Compass becomes the use-case to build ScoreJam
They began building ScoreJam, a platform that refactored the Compass prototype into production-ready code, rock-solid, and simple enough for non-coders like Pierre to maintain.
Mid-build, they saw it: this engine could power far more than Compass. Use-cases exploded, excitement skyrocketed, and ScoreJam took shape.
The platform is now polished, primed for launch, and set to shake up how expertise becomes action.
